The LORD is His name!

The last of Amos’ visions for Israel – the vision of the Altar. God is very clear about what is coming and it is no surprise! Judgement was due and time was up. Lessons this week for us are all about how God sees us, loves us and waits for us. God is patient and merciful but His holiness demands a day of reckoning. Sunday I will take a look at the many analogies of His justice based on so many previous acts of His grace. God desires of us to see our life and our sin as He views them. God is often working around us with great care and subtlety. We may not notice but He is there! Some great illustrations and some relevant quotes – see you Sunday morning.
