UNITED AND DEDICATED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN A CHILD'S LIFE
The Making a Difference Project is a non-governmental non-profit organization created in 2004, in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil. Leandro and Julie Tarrataca (one of our supported missionaries) help run the direction and finances of the program.
After a long stop because of covid, the Project is ON! The Making a Difference project works with 40 kids!
Kids are picked up by the Project bus and drive up the hill to ABECAR, the Brazilian Bible Church Campus. There, they have school homework help, a Bible study (this is not a social work, but a discipleship strategy!), a meal (sandwich, cookies, milk, etc.) and recreational time.
Right now the Project is working 3 days a week four hours a day!
LIVES ARE TRULY TRANSFORMED!
