Remember!

Paul gives Timothy the secret to the success of the Church – it is not leaders but disciple-makers! Sunday I will wrap up our 5 week series on the examples of the Soldier, the Athlete and the Farmer. Paul ends the first half of his list with an imperative – “Consider!” This becomes the followup everyday to remember what he has taught and to be diligent in teaching others. Our focus will be some very practical ideas on what this looks like everyday – making time for some reading, reflection and remembering during our day. This will be much more than a reviewing of the past weeks but I hope it will sum up our times and give some real direction as we are disciples and make disciples!
