A Call and the Cost - Luke 14:25-33
Grace family,
What can I say in a few lines that would introduce you to a man I knew as a toddler! Drew was just 1 when I came to Grace and I had the joy of watching him grow into an excited child in VBS, a faithful serving teen in our Youth, and then on to Bible College at Cedarville to prepare for ministry as a shepherd. Drew was an intern here at Grace and was dedicated and committed to being a zealous discipler and teacher of God’s Word. Drew was so very blessed to be surrounded by godly family – his parents are still here! Drew went with me to the Navajo and loved being among those who hungered for the Gospel. On one of those trips he was with Laura Teague (now Mrs. Hensley) and they shared the burden of ministry as the delight of their life. We have seen Drew and Laura move from internships to ministry to pastoring. Drew has served with Mars Hill in Seattle, Redemption Church in Seattle, and currently is a Pastor at ONE Fellowship in Charleston, South Carolina. Drew was a good kid, an excited teen, a dedicated student and now is a faithful shepherd.
