Obey His Voice

Samuel responds to the voice of God and offers himself to the LORD. The challenge last week was to ‘Seek His Face’ so this week we will follow the young man as he becomes the man of God. Samuel obeys the voice of God and his obedience is seen in several life events. This week we welcome our Trail Life leaders and young men – celebrating the new charter at Grace. The motto of Trail Life is ‘walk worthy!’ – the very core of godly character. Come with us this week to the second message from the life of Samuel as we are presented with Biblical Character. This will be the introduction to our new theme for the next several weeks – The Character of Kings as we encounter the lives of Saul, David and Solomon.
“Habits change into character!”
Paul had this kind of character in mind when he admonished Timothy to "exercise yourself toward godliness" (1 Timothy 4:7)
