Women of grace

Bible studies are the heart of our Women’s Ministry and open to all women. Start making friends at Grace by coming to our spring and fall Bible studies. The studies we use are written by well-known teachers such as Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer, Kay Arthur and others. Step into a Women’s Ministry Bible study and find your place to grow with us.

Misty Keene will be helping coordinate Women’s Ministry in 2018 alongside with Ann Boyd and Caroline Burt as assistant leaders. 

Misty's gifts lie in administration, so organizing a year of connection and community just for the Women of Grace is an exciting task and an honor!

Misty’s family moved to area in 2005 and became members of Grace in 2007. This is a very poignant memory as she had just added twins to their family! Because of their 3 children, Misty and her husband began serving in the Greenhouse Children’s ministry with Vacation Bible School, Safety Team and substitute teaching. Along with serving in the Greenhouse, Misty has led small group Bible studies, assisted with membership classes and been a part of the administrative church staff. In the past year, Misty took on a new, part-time role as an English and American Culture teacher for Asians at MU. This leaves her time to care for her husband, Wayne, and their 3 growing children (ages 12 & 10)!

  • Women of Grace Extraordinary Class

    February 28 from 6-7:30PM

    Chapter 2 - Sarah: Hoping Against Hope

    Study leaders: Nicci Allen, Kathy Raw, Jeannie Espey and Katie Smith

    Women of Grace, we will have a class where we can come and share what we have learned through our 2018 One-Read from “12 Extraordinary Women” by John MacArthur. Our hope is that women get connected and can learn from each other as we learn from those Extraordinary Women of the Bible!

    Calling all College & Career-Age Women of Grace! This monthly women's gathering is just for you! We recognize this time in your life is full of trials and triumphants. To help you navigate this season, we have invited a panel of Grace women from different decades to come and share what they remember and learned from being a twenty-something. Invite your friends. We'll have coffee and treats. Remember, March is just for you!
