Men of Grace

Godly leadership from the men of Grace is evident in all areas of ministry in the church. The men encourage others by passing on what they have learned through teaching many of the Sunday Morning Classes during the Sunday School hour, being Boy Scout and Cub Scout adult guides and other leadership positions that direct our church. They grow in Christ by sharing their faith and serving God in ministry.

Mark Jones is the head of our Men's Ministry alongside with George Akers as assistant leader. Mark joined Grace in 2005. He is married to Kim and they have three grown children, Samuel, Madeleine and Clarice.

Who are you? And what does your identity have to do with victory in your life with Jesus? These are the questions addressed in Paul s epic passage on spiritual growth in Romans 5-8.

Find out why grace is more motivating than law. Learn how doing arises out of being. What is Walking according to the Spirit?  How can God cause me to be conformed to the image of Christ?

A thorough, powerful argument for living by grace rather than law.

Picture a world where people live according to their own personal standards, where believers can't seem to agree, and where people are trapped in every kind of sin. Sound familiar? While this list hits close to home today, these issues are found in the book of Judges. And it's during times like these when God is searching for those who are ready, willing, and available to confront the enemy.

    Mondays from 6:30-7:30PM

BSF Men - Every week through May 14, men 18 years of age and older come together to study the Bible, learn from one another and be challenged and encouraged to live for something larger than themselves. Contrary to popular belief, we do not have to be perfect to do God's work. Look no further than the twelve disciples whose many weaknesses are forever preserved throughout the pages of the New Testament. Jesus chose ordinary men - fisherman, tax collectors, political zealots - and turned their weakness into strength, producing greatness from utter uselessness. MacArthur draws principles from Christ's careful, hands-on training of the original twelve disciples for today's modern disciple - you.
